At GoCare, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following return and refund terms carefully, in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law.
Eligibility for Return
You may request a return and refund within 7 days from the date of receiving your order, only if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The product has not been tampered with or damaged
- The product is not excluded from return under health and safety regulations (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrived damaged or defective:
- Opened or used cosmetics
- Perfumes or fragrance products that have been opened or sprayed
- Personal care items (e.g., creams, serums, makeup) that are no longer sealed
We strictly follow health standards to ensure the safety of all our customers. Once a product has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will assess the case and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
